These Terms of Service govern your use of S BULLET AI websites, AI-powered communication services, messaging services and related products and services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms and any plan-specific terms shown at purchase.

1. Our Services

S BULLET AI provides AI-powered business communication and automation services. Depending on the selected service and configuration, these may include AI employees, telephone communications, customer support, appointment management, notifications, CRM-related workflows and messaging.

2. Accounts and Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting access credentials and ensuring that your use of the service complies with applicable laws. You are also responsible for the business information, instructions and content you provide to configure your AI employee.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use S BULLET AI only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service for fraudulent, abusive, misleading, unlawful, unauthorized or rights-infringing activities, or to interfere with the security or operation of the service.

4. AI-Generated Communications

Some interactions may be handled or assisted by artificial intelligence. AI-generated output may not always be complete or error-free. Customers should configure, test and supervise their AI employees appropriately for their use case and should not rely on the service as a substitute for professional judgment where such judgment is required.

5. Telephone, Voice and Messaging Compliance

Customers are responsible for using calling, recording, automated communication and messaging features in compliance with laws applicable to their business and recipients, including any required notice or consent.

6. SMS Messaging Terms

Users who expressly opt in may receive service-related and informational messages, including appointment confirmations, reminders, service notifications and support communications.

7. Privacy and Mobile Information

Mobile information and SMS opt-in data or consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information.

8. Subscriptions, Billing and Renewal

Paid services may be offered on a recurring subscription basis. The price, billing interval and included features are those presented at checkout or in the applicable plan. Unless cancelled before renewal, a recurring subscription may renew for the next billing period using the payment method on file, subject to the terms presented at purchase.

9. Cancellation

You may request cancellation through available account controls or by contacting support. Unless different terms were presented at purchase, cancellation prevents renewal for the next billing period and does not by itself create a right to a refund for a billing period that has already begun. Access may continue through the paid period where applicable.

10. Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed individually. Except where required by applicable law or expressly promised, payments are not automatically refundable solely because a subscription is cancelled. A refund or account credit may be considered for a verified duplicate or erroneous charge, a confirmed billing error attributable to S BULLET AI, or a significant technical failure that materially prevented use and was not reasonably resolved.

11. Service Availability and Third-Party Services

We work to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Some functionality may depend on telecommunications, payment, infrastructure or other third-party providers outside our reasonable control.

12. Intellectual Property

S BULLET AI software, branding, website content and platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of S BULLET AI technology or branding to customers.

13. Changes to Services or Terms

We may update the services or these Terms to reflect operational, product or legal changes. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised date.
